She primarily practises from a Person-Centred Therapy framework, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs. Based on her intuition and experience, she integrates other therapeutic modalities tailored to each client to provide flexible and effective support.

Relationship & Family Counselling: Priscilla has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as marriage difficulties, divorce, infidelity, and communication breakdowns.

Mental Health Support: She is proficient in supporting clients facing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, guilt and unresolved past issues.

Parenting & Education Support: Skilled in working with parents and children, she helps teens and supports parents on issues relating to behaviour, learning, and parenting challenges.

Crisis Counselling: Priscilla is experienced in offering immediate emotional support during acute periods of distress or crisis.

Guest Counsellor, FM938 Radio (National Program)
For two years, Priscilla appeared regularly as a guest counsellor on national radio, offering professional guidance on relationships and mental health to a broad public audience.

Counsellor in Practice
Priscilla has worked within a professional organisational setting, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.
Earlier in her career, she served communities directly – offering counselling to adults and families, working with students in school-based settings, and supporting individuals from across the country. She also volunteered for five years as a counsellor with a respected not-for-profit organisation.
These diverse experiences have shaped her holistic and inclusive approach – grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each client’s journey.

Trainer & Public Speaker
Priscilla has delivered a wide range of workshops and talks for students, parents, teachers, and members of the public. Her sessions focus on emotional well-being, effective communication, conflict resolution, and parenting. Each session is designed to be engaging, practical, and deeply relevant to everyday life.

Lay Counsellors training and community mentorship
She played a key role in establishing and training a lay counsellor group comprising 12 individuals from diverse backgrounds – including a lawyer, teachers, administrators and others. Priscilla provided structured training as well as ongoing case consultation sessions, equipping them with the skills and support needed to offer effective peer-based emotional support within the community.

Lecturer – Specialist Diploma in Child Psychology
For one year, Priscilla taught adult learners pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Child Psychology at a private institution. Her modules covered core areas such as child development and abnormal psychology, combining theoretical depth with real-world application.
